Childhood Apraxia with Jordan Christian LeVan

Childhood apraxia of speech is a rare speech disorder.

Jordan was born with Verbal Apraxia. Life didn’t give him a heads start in multiple ways, but he has learned to be a voice and not a victim. His Apraxia diagnosis came to him when he was five years old. He didn’t let Apraxia stop him, although growing up with the diagnosis was overwhelming. His mom would soon find that the school wouldn’t want to meet his needs, and teachers would soon yell at him for not being able to articulate words correctly. After that, is when a Speech-Language Pathologist would come in and tell every person in that school what exactly Verbal Apraxia is.
