A wildlife conservationist who describes his life as "Mowgli meets Forrest Gump" takes us on the wild ride that is his legendary career. Wrestles With Wolves is an adventurous trek to the frontlines of animal conservation that is at once touching, inspiring and funny.
Wrestles with Wolves chronicles legendary conservationist Bill Konstant's life as he journeys around the world, working side-by-side with the relentless, passionate scientists who, quite literally, hold the survival of species in their hands. It is filled with humor and heartbreak, and in the end gives hope to what can seem like a hopeless battle in the ongoing war to protect this planet and its residents-two-legged, four-legged or no-legged.
"Bill Konstant, an animal behaviorist and wildlife conservationist, is also a gifted storyteller and writer with a great sense of humor. You will enjoy his adventures, as I did, and you will meet many
enchanting animals as well as kindred spirits who are dedicated to saving animals and the natural world. A perfect gift for anyone interested in wildlife."
