Book Circle with Emerging Readers

Join our Book Circle to listen and engage in a monthly book fo. Our children need to be seen and heard to become readers and belong to a community. In our Circle, we will listen to a story, talk about keywords and use our voice to be heard about the story. A related activity to the book will also help grow our knowledge about the topic.r children ages 4 to 8 years old

Circles are a Native American tradition and we bring the storytelling tradition to life in our experiences of the Book Circle. A STEM book focus will draw our readers in and activities will engage them to become motivated for ongoing reading and learning.

Our October book will have a theme about weird-looking animals in nature. Since Halloween is right around the corner, the Book Circle will build on the excitement of weirdness and the joy of imagination.
